Technology born of experience, designed around people

Simone is a software designer and the creator of DreamersWare’s main technology systems.

He has long-standing experience in building and running AI platforms, databases, custom applications, online services, online games and server infrastructure. Over the years he has developed solutions for e-commerce, content management, digital payments, invoicing, online communities and the intelligent organisation of information.

His approach almost always starts from a concrete need: observe a problem, understand its steps and build a tool that solves it simply, reliably and at scale.

Alongside his work in software, Simone has deep experience in graphic design, photography, post-production and digital imaging. That background lets him combine creative sensibility with technical method — two qualities that also shape how DreamersWare products are designed.

It was his reflection on the relationship between memory, identity, technology and artificial intelligence that gave rise to the original idea behind save-me.ai, first sketched back in 2010 as the “heaven box” — now evolved into our Capsules.

Sarah leads company strategy, communication, institutional relations and the development of partnerships.

She comes from long experience in specialised retail and business management: commercial operations, marketing, communication, client and supplier relations, and digital transformation projects.

For more than twenty years she has helped organise cultural events and public initiatives, coordinating partners, suppliers, public administrations, associations and local businesses — gaining first-hand knowledge of what companies, institutions and communities actually need.

She holds a master’s degree in Languages and is completing a second master’s degree in business and economics (Italian LM-77 class) with a specialisation in business planning: a multidisciplinary background combining language, communication, organisational and planning skills.

Within DreamersWare she turns technological ideas into projects that are understandable, sustainable and able to speak to the market and to society. She looks after product positioning, content, external relations and a company culture built on responsibility.

In save-me.ai she has brought particular attention to the human, emotional and ethical dimension of memory, helping define the line between what technology can do and what it should never claim to become.
