save-me.ai is a personal memory and digital legacy platform that lets you preserve memories, thoughts and content, create an AlterEgo based on artificial intelligence, and prepare digital time capsules to be delivered to the people you choose at the moment you set. You decide which content to entrust to the platform, how it is used and who it is made available to, within the features of the service.

With save-me.ai you build your profile progressively through information about yourself, your story, the way you communicate, your values, your relationships and the memories you choose to preserve. This content can power your AlterEgo AI or be kept in digital time capsules meant for the future.

AlterEgo AI is a conversational representation built on your memory, your values and the way you express yourself. It only uses the content you have authorised and can give answers consistent with your perspective. It is not a perfect copy of a person and is always identified as artificial intelligence.

save-me.ai’s digital time capsules are protected containers for messages, photos, audio, video and other memories meant for the future. You can choose the recipients and decide when, or under which conditions, a capsule should become available.

AlterEgo AI is a conversational representation that uses the memories and information you have chosen to make available. A digital time capsule, on the other hand, holds specific content meant for specific people and keeps it protected until the release date or condition you have set.

Yes. With digital time capsules you can prepare messages and content today that are meant to be received in the future. You can name the recipients and configure the release conditions provided by the service.

Yes. You can entrust save-me.ai with letters, photos, audio, video, memories and other content meant for your children, family, friends or anyone else you choose. You decide what to preserve, for whom and for which moment.

Yes. You can keep audio recordings in your digital time capsules and entrust save-me.ai with thoughts, memories, values and aspects of the way you express yourself. AlterEgo uses this information to build a consistent representation of your perspective. At present the voice mode uses a generic artificial voice and does not clone your own.

Yes. When you create a capsule you can choose the recipients and the release conditions provided by the service, such as a set date or other supported conditions. Access happens through a personal link and, depending on how the capsule is configured, through verification of control of the recipient’s email address or of the required password.

Yes. The memories and information in your profile can be edited or deleted. Capsules also remain under your control: until release you can reopen them, edit them, seal them again or revoke them. From the moment of release, when they become accessible to recipients, their content becomes unchangeable.

Not merely. save-me.ai includes a conversational artificial intelligence, AlterEgo AI, but the service also includes personal memory, memory management, digital time capsules, recipients, confidentiality levels and tools to define your digital legacy.

No. AlterEgo AI can express a perspective consistent with the user’s and can answer in the first person, but it always remains an artificial intelligence system declared as such. It is not presented to recipients as if it really were the person who created it.

A digital memorial is normally dedicated to the public or private remembrance of a person. save-me.ai, by contrast, begins while the person is present and in control: it lets you build a personal memory over time, interact with your own AlterEgo, prepare content for the future and decide in advance how your digital legacy should be handled.

Cloud storage mainly keeps files. save-me.ai instead connects memories, values, relationships and personal content to an AlterEgo AI, to digital time capsules and to instructions about your digital legacy. It is therefore not just storage space, but a system designed to organise a personal memory and pass it on over time.

Yes. When a recipient interacts with AlterEgo, the system explicitly states that the answers are generated by artificial intelligence. save-me.ai does not try to make recipients believe they are really talking to the person who created the AlterEgo.

AlterEgo AI uses as context the information and memories the user has authorised, but it remains a generative AI system. It can therefore make mistakes, oversimplify or produce imperfect reconstructions. That is why its answers are always identified as AI-generated and should not be treated as an infallible source.

You keep control of your content and decide which information to preserve, which to make available to the AlterEgo, its confidentiality levels and any recipients. The content remains yours. DreamersWare S.r.l.s. is the data controller under the GDPR.

Yes. Sensitive data stored in the database — memories, conversations, profiles, contacts, capsule texts and protected billing data — is encrypted field by field with AES-256-GCM. Files attached to capsules are stored on a dedicated volume encrypted at block level with LUKS2 and not publicly exposed on the network. Backups are in turn encrypted with AES-256.

No. save-me.ai does not use users’ content to train general-purpose AI models. When you use the AI features, only the strictly necessary information is processed by AI providers through professional APIs and, where applicable, pseudonymised. Under the agreements save-me.ai relies on, these providers do not use the data they receive to train their models.

Yes. You can export your data and request the permanent deletion of your account directly from the service. Content and data subject to deletion are removed from the active systems; any residual copies in the encrypted backups are eliminated through the normal rotation cycle, normally within 12 months and, for technical reasons, within 13 months at the latest. The only information kept is what must be retained for legal obligations or accountability purposes, as described in the privacy policy.

Your content does not become save-me.ai’s property. If you stop a paid subscription, the account can return to the free plan and any content exceeding its limits is frozen, while remaining exportable under the conditions of the service. If it is not reactivated or exported, it may be removed after 12 months as set out in the Terms. If you have set up a capsule linked to a period of inactivity, inactivity may instead start the process defined for that capsule.

No. The save-me.ai platform is designed first of all to be used during your life: you can build and organise your personal memory, talk to your AlterEgo and preserve what matters to you. Managing your digital legacy and the content meant for the future is one of the possibilities the platform offers, which you can configure according to your wishes.

If you choose to configure your digital legacy, you can decide in advance what should happen to your AlterEgo: it can remain available to the people you have authorised, be frozen, or be deleted. You can also designate trusted people to handle the instructions you have set, with verification procedures designed to prevent improper activations.

save-me.ai’s main data is hosted on European infrastructure. The application and the database are hosted in Germany, while the encrypted backups are kept in Germany and Finland. An additional periodic copy, also encrypted, is kept by DreamersWare in Italy, on a system that cannot be reached from the Internet, so that one copy remains independent of the cloud provider’s infrastructure. Some AI features may require limited information to be processed by providers in the United States, with the safeguards and transfer mechanisms described in the privacy policy.

The save-me.ai platform is developed and run by DreamersWare S.r.l.s., an Italian technology company based in Busto Arsizio, in the province of Varese. The platform is developed in-house and designed in Italy, while the main production infrastructure is hosted in Europe in certified data centres.
